What type of identification do you accept?

The following forms of identification are accepted for your notarization;

  • State-issued driver's license

  • State-issued identification card

  • U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State

  • U.S. military ID

  • State, county and local government IDs

  • Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services*

  • Foreign passport*

  • Driver's license officially issued in Mexico or Canada*

What is a mobile notary service?

A confidential and individualized Notary Public service in the comfort of your own home, coffee shop, hotel or quiet space.  No line, no wait times, pick a place and the time most convenient for you.

Do you offering remote notary services?

No, not at this time, but I plan to in the near future.

What is a Notary Public?

A notary public is a official integrity appointment by the state to serve as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents.​

What is a Signing Agent?

Signing agents are notaries public, who usually have experience and/or training concerning the proper execution of loan documents and are hired by mortgage companies, escrow companies, title companies, and signing services to identify loan documents, obtain the necessary signatures, and in some cases deliver the documents to the borrower.

If you do not give legal advice, how do you conduct a loan signing properly?
